How much does a clearance cost?

Pricing is the most common question we are asked and probably the most difficult to answer without seeing how much furniture, bric-a-brac, rubbish, and other items there is to be removed.

We promise we will carry out the work for you quickly and in an ethical manner at the very best price possible. We might be able to carry out the house clearance at no cost to you if we feel our expenses will be covered by the future sale of the cleared items and even pay you if the value of goods is more than expenses.

Do you Recycle?

Yes we do, we hand sort all items and donate recycle everything we can to avoid as much as possible going to landfill.

Everything you want us too, furniture, carpet, curtains, sheds, cupboards etc..

What payment methods do you offer?

We partnered with Square UK to make effortless card transactions, you can use your debit or credit card. We also accept cash and transfers.

Do I pay for quotes?

No, all  quotes are completely free.

How long will the clearance take?

All clearances are different and vary a lot on time but after quoting I should be able to give an estimate on how long it will take.

Do you offer a cleaning service?

We don't provide cleaning ourselves but have teamed up with a local cleaner who can offer services ranging from a quick clean to a deep clean of the property.

We can arrange so the whole process will be done in one.

Do I have to be there?

If you want to be there during the clearance that is perfectly fine or if you want to let us in or leave key we are more than happy to go on the agreed date to clear the property and return the keys.

Can you quote over the phone?

We are happy to provide a rough quote and answer questions over the phone, If you would like an accurate quote we require either photos provide via whatsapp or email.  If you would prefer we can visit in person to answer all your questions.

How and when do I pay?

We endeavor to ensure you are happy with the service we provide and don't take payment until the clearance is completed. You may pay cash, cheque, card or bank transfer.
