We don't provide cleaning ourselves but have teamed up with a local cleaner who can offer services ranging from a quick clean to a deep clean of the property. We can arrange so the whole process will be done in one.

Pricing is the most common question we are asked and probably the most difficult to answer without seeing how much furniture, bric-a-brac, rubbish, and other items there is to be removed. We promise we will carry out the work for you quickly and in an ethical manner at the very best price possible. We might be able to carry out the house clearance at no cost to you if we feel our expenses will be covered by the future sale of the cleared items and even pay you if the value of goods is more than expenses.

We endeavor to ensure you are happy with the service we provide and don't take payment until the clearance is completed. You may pay cash, cheque, card or bank transfer.

All clearances are different and vary a lot on time but after quoting I should be able to give an estimate on how long it will take.

We are happy to provide a rough quote and answer questions over the phone, If you would like an accurate quote we require either photos provide via whatsapp or email. If you would prefer we can visit in person to answer all your questions.
